  • "Services": Refers to Tour Packages, Room Booking, Tour Guide Services, Transport (Taxi, Auto, Scooty/Bike Rent), Katha Booking, and charitable initiatives like Sadhu Seva or Tree Plantation.

2. Eligibility & Website Use

  • You must be at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian to make a booking.

  • You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

  • Providing false details (like a fake name or incorrect contact info) during booking may lead to the cancellation of your service without a refund.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings for tour packages, rooms, transport, or guides must be made through our official platform or authorized contact numbers provided on the website.

  • Prices for all services are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

  • Full or partial payment (as specified during checkout) is mandatory to confirm a booking.

  • We reserve the right to change the pricing of any package or service at any time without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will be honored at the original price.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed according to our specific Refund Policy.

  • Dham Sevak is not responsible for any cancellations or delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, temple closure timings, heavy traffic, or unforeseen spiritual events in the Braj region.

5. Rules for Vehicle Rentals (Scooty / Bike / Car)

  • If you rent a Scooty, Bike, or Taxi through Dham Sevak, you must possess a valid Indian Driving License (or International Driving Permit).

  • Any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period, traffic violations, or accidents will be the sole responsibility of the user. The user will have to bear the full cost of repairs or fines.

6. Code of Conduct in the Dham

  • Since Dham Sevak coordinates spiritual tours in holy regions like Vrindavan, Mathura, Barsana, and Goverdhan, all users are expected to maintain the sanctity and decorum of these religious sites.

  • Respecting local customs, traditions, dress codes, and temple rules is mandatory.

  • Dham Sevak holds no responsibility if a devotee is denied entry into a temple due to non-compliance with temple rules or timings.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, graphics, logos, and text displayed on www.dhamsevak.com are the intellectual property of Dham Sevak.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this material without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Dham Sevak acts as a facilitator connecting devotees with local service providers (hotels, transport, guides). While we ensure maximum quality control, we are not liable for any personal injury, loss of luggage, theft, sickness, or delays during the journey.

  • Devotees are advised to take care of their personal belongings (mobile, wallet, jewelry) inside crowded temple areas.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the services of Dham Sevak shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
