Kirti Mandir (also called Kirti Temple) is a beautiful and spiritually important temple in Barsana, Uttar Pradesh, dedicated to Kirti Maiya (Mother of Radharani). This temple honors the divine mother of Shri Radha Rani and celebrates her loving role in Radha’s childhood pastimes.
Barsana is known as the birthplace of Radha Rani, and Kirti Mandir is one of the most peaceful and divine places to visit there.
📜 Historical & Spiritual Significance
Kirti Maiya was the wife of Vrishabhanu Maharaj and mother of Radha Rani.
According to Braj tradition, Radha Rani appeared in Barsana as their daughter.
The temple represents the motherly affection (Vatsalya Bhav) of Kirti Maiya toward young Radha.
Devotees feel deep emotion here because it shows Radha Rani not only as a divine goddess, but as a beloved daughter in her childhood form.

The temple is built in white marble with beautiful carvings.
